Some of our services are conducted in your home or office and not in our mobile clinic. Please inquire if you have any concerns. You will receive an email, text, and/or call from us after your request for appointment is submitted, usually within 24 hours during normal operating hours. If you submit a request over the weekend, We will get back to you the next business day.

Our operating hours are M-F 8:30 am-5:00 pm. We are closed weekends and all major holidays.

TEXT MESSAGE REQUESTS:

If you have called or sent us a text message outside of normal operating hours, we will respond within 24-72 hours. We strive to have great communication with our clients. If we have not responded to a text message within 24-72 hours, please re-send the text message during our normal business hours.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call or text at least 72 in advance to let us know. Cancellations less than 72 hours before will incur cancellation fees as follows:

New Client:

Non-refundable travel deposit

Returning Client Cancellation Fees:

$50 for surgery cancellation

$50 for routine appointment

$75 for no show appointment
